just finished my anesthesia oral examination today. my examiner was someone who considered by some people here as one of the grumpiest, but that's not entirely true i believe.
my exam today was not fully success, several question was answered, several are not. some of my answers was suitable, but there are fatal mistakes.
while you already learn about higher things, but the exams are all about basic and simple things unpredictable, and forgotten.
hell yeah, i got that feeling on my exam today. learn about the complex things while the examiner ask about the basic things, the things that lack of my priority and concerns.
it's like a math student knowing the complex theory of calculus
while he forget how much 1+1 is?
a biology student who knows the taxonomy of animals
but forget the colors of zebra
a geography student who knows the mechanism of earthquake but forget the shape of her earth
or an international relations student who speaks in eight united nation language but in fact he don't even remember the capital of his country
well. you know..
for me it feels funny...but pathetic inside.
or somehow pathetic...but funny inside.
i don't know which feeling is stronger
it takes the ABC's before you can read
it takes 123's before you can count
it takes do-re-mi before you can sing
it takes some failure and downsides
to taste upsides and victory
i hope i'll never forget the basic and simple things..again
